Scottsdale Fashion Square’s South Wing Gets a Luxurious Makeover

The south wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square is getting a luxurious new look and amenities. Updates to the space, anchored by Nordstrom, will be made inside and out. Shoppers will enjoy a new arrival court with luxury valet, additional restaurants, upgraded finishes and access to the forthcoming Caesars Republic Scottsdale boutique hotel. The interior transformation is expected to be complete by the end of the year; outside by early 2024. David Hyatt, general manager for Property Management of Scottsdale Fashion Square, shared more that shoppers can expect in the revitalized space.
“Continually curating our merchandise mix with dynamic new experiences, including adding new restaurants and great design elements, optimizes the customer journey for our guests,” Hyatt says. “We see a great opportunity as we further extend our luxury presentation into the south wing to welcome more of the world’s best brands and experiences.”
1. Porte-cochere and luxury valet

The arrival area of the south wing will be transformed into a porte cochère with valet service. The updated entry will be “striking,” featuring two-story storefronts and access to up to five destination restaurants.
2. Restaurant rotunda

Those destination restaurants will surround the new porte cochère. The rotunda will feature café seating and will echo the design and experience of Scottsdale Fashion Square’s luxury wing entrance.
3. A fresh look

The south wing will draw on the aesthetic of the luxury wing, featuring bright natural stone flooring, custom lighting and upgraded seating and finishes.
4. More nearby amenities

LifeTime Scottsdale Fashion Square opened in March. The upscale fitness and wellness center features a rooftop beach club, spa, and bistro. Caesars Republic of Scottsdale, which will be located north of Macy’s on Goldwater Boulevard, is slated to open in February 2024. The first non-gaming hotel from Caesars Entertainment will feature 265 rooms, including penthouse suites, two restaurant concepts by celebrity chef Giada de Laurentiis and two pools.
