Susan Whallon began InVision Interiors in Arizona 24 years ago. Originally from Pennsylvania working in 3D textile woven composites for the aerospace industry. Her design background was waiting to launch her design business in the Southwest because of her passion for the lifestyle and environment of Arizona. 

The title of her company was conceived by creating spaces that are derived from the client’s dream and vision. 

She prides herself on a vast knowledge of the custom home building environment. “It is not a one person show, it is the interface of all the trades having the client’s dream as the goal. Having the team working as one makes an amazing home.” 

Her style is as diverse as her clients, and as she pulls the vision together, the creativity is her signature. “I am always inspired by my surroundings.”

Ryan Phillips has been building custom homes for 25 years and is the owner/general contractor of Ridgeview Custom Homes. He began his career working on construction sites alongside his father, a licensed electrician, while in high school. Following four years in the United States Air Force he returned to Arizona and building homes.

Fountain Hills has been his home since 1982. Ryan is married and raising twin boys in the same community he grew up in. Ryan treats every home he builds like it’s his own. Knowing the southwest region and how to maximize views and placement on the mountainous hillside lots he builds on is only one aspect he considers. Collaborating with partners who elevate the final product is key to building beautiful homes.

Clients quickly realize Ryan’s passion for building homes always surpass expectations, taking their projects’ vision to the next level focusing on attention to detail.
