Top Real Estate Producers Survey
Welcome, Valley real estate professional. In June 2026, Phoenix Home & Garden will publish its first list (previously published in PHOENIX since 2020) of the top producing residential real estate agents in the Phoenix metro area, based on 2025 sales. To nominate an agent or agents, please take a look at the criteria below and submit the sales information as directed. (Please note that only brokerage managers may submit names.) Entries must be submitted by February 28.
If you’d prefer to simply email an Excel file with your firm’s nominations, please list your agents and agent teams on the spreadsheet, and indicate clearly which sales level and category applies to each agent and agent team, then email your document to TopProducers@phgmag.com.

Please note: All agent nominations must be submitted by a manager, such as a marketing manager, office manager, brokerage executive, CFO, or CEO. (If you are the senior agent or business owner, you may submit yourself.) Those filling out the survey should take care to give us informed, accurate information about sales volumes. Phoenix Home & Garden will fact check all submissions. Agents must currently be selling homes in the Phoenix metro area to qualify. For teams of more than 15 agents, please select the names of the 15 agents most responsible for achieving the sales milestone. Agents cannot be nominated as individuals and also as part of a team; a team nomination will supersede an individual nomination. All agents must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate.
