Built in 1972, the Sands North complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2022. This eclectic townhome honors that distinction while drawing inspiration from postmodernism, the 1960s Rat Pack era, the 1970s and early 1990s, Morocco and a touch of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Completely remodeled, the floor plan was reconfigured for enhanced comfort and livability. Resortlike additions include the backyard swimming pool and two complete second-floor guest suites.
