Lauri Tanner is the CEO of Treasure House, a residence where young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find a supportive community and a personalized plan for achieving independence, inclusion, and purpose as they transition into adulthood. Each resident has the same chance as anyone else to lead a fulfilling life, by removing stigmas and promoting independent living and personal growth. Treasure House believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their abilities. In addition to Lauri Tanner’s impactful work, she leads Growing Home, a $10 million capital campaign intended to replicate the distinctive Treasure House Phoenix model in other North American cities. This movement will allow more young adults with IDD, their families, and communities to thrive.
