Phoenix Home & Garden 2024 Home Tour

Are you looking for some inspiration for your home? Then you won’t want to miss this self-guided tour of some of the most beautiful private residences in the Valley. You will also have the opportunity to pick the brains of the area’s leading designers and architects, as well as the editors of Phoenix Home & Garden. VIP ticket holders get early admission and access to even more stunning homes, as well as a cocktail reception with catered nibbles to cap off the day. Canal Convergence
Eye-popping art that reflects color, water and light in both the literal and metaphorical sense will illuminate the Arizona Canal this fall. AFGHANADELICK

Do you remember that cozy little afghan on your mom’s couch? Local artist Joe Willie Smith is taking those crocheted heirlooms and transforming the Five15 Arts Gallery into a world of yarn and color that evokes that psychedelic spirit of the ’ 60s and ’ 70s. Smith will also perform his “Immersive Afghanalistic Masquerade Performance and Gathering” using his sculptural musical instruments. “Harry Fonseca: Transformations”
Through April 20
In the late 1970s, the late Nisenan Native American artist Harry Fonseca began his “Coyote” series. The main character in these works, seen as a “trickster” in Native American storytelling, is a metaphor for how one changes and defies society’s preconceived notions.
