Nestled in the Los Olivos subdivision of the Alvarado Historic District, this 1921 Craftsman home was extensively renovated while preserving all of the existing historic details and charm. In addition to adding a vaulted two-car garage and giving the exterior a more current paint palette, interior flooring was restored; drywall was removed to showcase the original exposed brick; and the backyard was modernized with a linear pool and spa surrounded by terraced mahogany decks and a casita and gym with connecting steel pergola.
