This historic postmodern townhome was recently renovated—while still honoring the 1970s Sands North aesthetic—by layering contemporary materials such as steel, wood, glass and concrete. Steel frames around interior passage doors add a contemporary note to quietly and subtly accentuate the home’s layout and traffic flow. The raw quality of the concrete floors works well with the white stucco and wood postmodernism of the complex.
