Philosophy: “We sell solutions,” says White of the company’s approach—providing exceptional service to customers seeking to organize their homes. She explains that one of the keys to success is completing projects in small steps, making them more manageable.
What’s in store: The 25,000-square-foot showroom brims with items to help make organizing a residence fun and fashionable. These include patterned fabric tote boxes, bamboo wastebaskets and a storage stool with a faux leather top that can double as an ottoman. The kitchen section of the store carries everything from quilted-cotton china-storage boxes and recycling sorters to BPA-free plastic food storage containers and magnetic spice racks. Closets, garages, offices and pantries can get a face-lift with Elfa storage systems—customizable modular units that come in both free-standing and wall-mounted designs. Other offerings include bookcases, colorful storage trolleys, hampers, file cabinets, wine racks and display shelves. Free space-planning services are available.

messy to marvelous becomes a bit easier with the Elfa demonstration wall, where customers can practice installing a shelving system before taking it home.
