Impressive Imports
Established more than four decades ago, Artesanos Imports Co. in Santa Fe carries everything from tiles, sinks and mirrors to lighting, hardware and furniture—most with south-of-the-border appeal. The 4,000-square-foot showroom displays tiles from numerous manufacturers in Mexico, Italy, Turkey, Spain and Colombia. Among offerings are such goods as equipales chairs and punched-tin mirrors, along with sinks in copper, marble, onyx, travertine and Talavera-style ceramic. Pictured here is a selection of sinks—suitable for powder rooms or bars—available at Artesanos’ showroom (from top): a buffed oval vessel sink of white travertine marble, a hammered-copper sink with a hexagon-style design, and a flower-shape sink made of peach-color travertine marble.
