Tilt Gallery in Phoenix presents “Happy Hour 9 to 5,” featuring new work by Phoenix fine-art photographer Angela Frank Wells. The show opens with an artist reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 4 and remains on exhibit through Sept. 25. Wells went to several independently owned local shops to find the skilled laborers featured in her prints.
