FLOR Carpet Tiles

Author: Shawndrea Corbin
Issue: August, 2013, Page 44
FLOR’s “Parallel Reality” carpet tiles (shown in Burgundy) are made with 100-percent recycled nylon-face fibers.

Totally Floored

Go green and get creative with FLOR carpet design squares. The company works with a number of worldwide partners to turn discarded fishing nets into recycled yarns for use in their products, and is currently transitioning its entire collection to feature 100-percent recycled fibers. The carpet tiles vary in design and color and can be selected individually, giving customers the ability to create their own unique compositions.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, FLOR states that it “remains fully committed to continuing to offer a more inspired, adaptable and earth-aware alternative to conventional rugs and floor coverings.” The company also recycles old squares into new products, keeping tiles out of landfills.
