In the master bath, a free-standing tub sits upon a raised platform, under windows that bring the outdoors in. A comfy chaise stands ready for pre- or post-bath relaxation. Flooring is travertine.

The powder room boasts walls clad with small cut-face onyx tiles and a carved stone pedestal sink with a raised floral design. A frog statue in the niche above the sink holds a bar of soap. Wall-mounted faucets have an antiqued look.

A red-painted poster bed, one of two, adds a sense of drama to this guest bedroom. Its romantic Juliet balcony allows a view of the desert landscape.
