TAKE A POWDER

Natural materials are key ingredients of Southwest homes, and powder rooms offer an opportunity to use them in unexpected ways. Here, leather tiles clad lower walls finished with wide wood baseboards; flooring is reclaimed French oak; the mirror and sconces are framed in iron; countertops are granite; and the faucet and vessel sink are crafted of copper. Underscoring the room’s Southwest vibe are an earthy palette and a sense of rustic elegance.
