The waiting is over at last. Entries were submitted in April, they were subsequently reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges, and winners of ASID Arizona North Chapter’s 34th-annual Design Excellence Awards finally were revealed Aug. 14 during a gala dinner event at Hotel Valley Ho. Featured here and on the pages ahead are Residential Best in Show and First-Place winners in 14 categories.

Proceeds from both the competition and awards event benefit local chapter programs and the ASID Foundation.

Chapter President Brenda Strunk notes that a record number of entries was received this year, and, according to judges from the Tucson Chapter, the work submitted was “absolutely fabulous.”
