ROBOTIC MOWER
Mowing your lawn couldn’t get much easier than with the eco-friendly LawnBott (LB3500) from Kyodo America. Just place the gas-free mower on the grass, turn it on, and walk away. The Bluetooth-compatible battery-powered robotic mower can be programmed directly from a cell phone, and instructed on which day and hours of the week it needs to come out of its base and cut the grass. At the end of the cycle, the device will return to its charging station without you lifting a finger.

Propelled by two lithium-ion batteries that last up to four hours, the mower uses almost no electricity and releases zero emissions. In addition, the LawnBott employs a blade to mulch the grass as it cuts, mowing and fertilizing the lawn at the same time. This action helps cut down on the amount of chemicals needed to help your grass grow. The mower can be found online at lawnbott.com.

TIP: Learning to live with minor cosmetic plant damage from pests helps reduce the use of synthetic herbicides, fungicides and pesticides in the garden. -The Green Gardener's Guide (Cool Springs Press)
