Watermelon Wedges With Cardamom Honey

Yields 6 servings

6 slices watermelon

3 tablespoons cardamom honey (see below)

1 jalapeño pepper, remove seeds and membrane and dice pepper into small pieces

Cardamom Honey
Stir 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom into 1 cup warmed honey.

Chill watermelon.

Drizzle 3 tablespoons of cardamom honey over watermelon slices. Garnish with diced jalapeño.
