Cilantro & Mint Dressing

Yield 3/4 cup

½ cup plain yogurt
1 small onion, chopped
1 or 2 jalapeƱos, to taste, seeded and chopped
1 cup cilantro leaves
½ cup mint leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

COMBINE all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a blender or food processor.

BLEND, scraping down the sides of the blender, until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixture is smooth.

SEASON with salt and pepper.

SERVE as salad dressing or a sauce for fish or chicken.
