Spinach Basil Pesto

Fresh & Fast

Yield: 1 3/4 cups

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups fresh basil
1 cup pitted green olives
½ cup shelled walnuts
½ cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

PLACE all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
SPOON into a bowl, cover and chill until ready to use.
SERVE on pasta or pizza.
