Cilantro Verde Sauce

Makes 1 cup

½ cup cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon minced capers
2 tablespoons minced shallot
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice



Place ingredients in a bowl and mix well; serve immediately. (The color will change from bright green to army green if left sitting)
