Kiwi-Cilantro Mojito

Makes 1 cocktail

1 kiwi, peeled (or 1 ounce kiwi purée)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce agave nectar (or ¾ ounce simple syrup)
6 fresh mint leaves
6 fresh cilantro leaves
1 ½ ounces premium rum
Club soda (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter version), to fill glass
Lime wheel, for garnish
Mint sprig, for garnish

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, muddle kiwi, lime juice, agave nectar, mint and cilantro. Add rum and cubed ice; shake vigorously. Pour over fresh ice into a tall glass or highball and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
