Serves 4
4 10-inch-round whole-grain wraps or tortillas ¼ cup dijonaise or whole-grain mustard 2 cups arugula leaves 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, cut into 4 pieces 2 cups stuffing (optional) ½ cup cranberry relish Slices of roasted turkey breast

| | | 1.Spread a tablespoon of mustard on the bottom third of each wrap. Place a thin layer of arugula leaves over the mustard. 2. Next, layer the goat cheese, stuffing (if desired), cranberry relish and turkey slices, making sure layers are not too thick. 3. Fold from the bottom and tuck in the sides, as if making a burrito. Roll tight and cut in half. Great with yam chips or yam fries.
