Our Executive Chef M. Allan Schanbacher teamed up with Trudy Thomas, Camelback Inn's director of beverage, to marry scrumptious canapés with cocktails that complement each other. Their teamwork resulted in five perfect pairings: hors d'oeuvres that are as flavorful and simple to prepare as the drinks with which they're served.
