1. Cut top and bottom off a whole grapefruit so the flesh is exposed.

Place grapefruit on one of the cut ends. In small sections cut away the
rind and white pith following the contour of the flesh. (so it’s still
round on the sides after all the peel is removed and no white remains)
3. Hold the entire peeled grapefruit in your hand over a bowl
with the curved side facing you. Use a paring knife to cut between each
sections membrane and remove the section.
4. Place the section in the bowl and after all sections are
removed, squeeze the juice from the cut-up core over the sections and
discard the core. Cover the bowl and set aside until ready to use.
